An Athens teenager faces murder charges stemming from a double-murder in Social Circle: 19 year-old Tommy Webb is charged in the deaths of 27 year-old James Evans and 32 year-old Jaymie Whitlock, who were shot and killed last month.

According to investigators, Tommy Charles Webb Jr. was already in the Clarke County Jail on a probation violation when he was charged Monday in the fatal double shooting.
The bodies of 27-year-old James Robert Evans and 32-year-old Jaymine Whitlock were discovered early May 15 in the middle of rural Thurman Baccus Road, AJC.com previously reported.
Both died from apparent gunshot wounds, but few additional details about the case have been released.
Webb, who lives in Athens, remained in the Clarke County Jail on Wednesday afternoon, records show.
